Warranty Information

At Soci, we manufacture our products with the highest quality of workmanship and materials. Soci, Inc. warrants its products to be free of all manufacturing defects upon receipt. Please see the link below for additional product warranties. Click here for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Policy: If you need to cancel your order please call Soci, LP immediately. Please note, once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled. If your item is returnable, you may return the item subject to the return policy outlined below. There will be a minimum cancellation fee of 25%. Custom orders may not be returned.

Return Policy and Authorization Information

Many of our items are NOT returnable, please ask before purchasing.Custom ordered items are not returnable. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering. For items that are returnable, returns and damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition to receive credit. Please call Soci for a return authorization, credit will not be issued without prior return authorization. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and customer must pay all shipping charges. DO NOT ship merchandise back to Soci’s corporate office, you will be given a return address when you receive the return authorization.

For tile orders only:

If a customer wants to return tile only the following rules apply,

1-14 days No restock fee

15-30 days 25% restock fee

+30 days No Returns No Exceptions

 

Damage, Shortage or Discrepancies

Damage can occur to products during shipment, especially stone & wood, even though the outside packaging looks undamaged. PLEASE inspect your merchandise upon receipt. It is your responsibility to report damage, shortage or discrepancies to Soci within 3 days of receipt in order to file a claim. If you report shortage, damage or discrepancies on your shipment within 3 days of receipt, Soci will replace the merchandise at no cost to you. After 3 days you must repair or replace the product at your expense. In the event the delivery driver cannot give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark “Driver would not wait for inspection- Possible concealed damage” on your delivery receipt before signing. Refuse the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging or if you suspect the merchandise is damaged and contact Soci immediately

Soci Privacy Information

Soci will only use your personal information to complete your order, answer your inquiry or offer our products and services. We do not sell email addresses or personal information gathered. For your security information gathered is stored on secure servers.

Payment Options:

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and COD. You can also prepay by check. If you are interested in credit terms, please contact our office for details and a credit application. Please allow 10 working days to process.

Additional Freight Charges:

All Soci freight quotes are dock-to-dock shipping fees. Occasionally, FedEx freight may impose additional charges called “accessorial charges”. The most common charge is a residential delivery fee. These charges are billed directly by FedEx to the delivery location. To avoid these charges please make sure your order is going to a business location. For orders picked up at your local FedEx dock, no additional accessorial fee will be charged. You may check the FedEx freight website for more information on accessorial charges.

Delivery Times:

All shipping and delivery times given by Soci, LP are estimates. We will not refund shipping or give credit if an order is delayed. Please allow time for unforeseen delays when ordering if you have a deadline.
